2. 商品・サービス / Product
Remove Ads — 購入したプラットフォームの KOŁO 内に表示される第三者広告をすべて削除する、1回限りの非消費型デジタル商品です。
Apple 版では App Store の非消費型アプリ内課金として提供されます。Google Play 版に関する記載は、将来 KOŁO が同ストアで配信される場合に適用されます。
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable entitlement that removes all third-party advertising displayed inside KOŁO on the platform where purchased. Apple distribution uses a non-consumable App Store In-App Purchase; Google Play terms apply only if KOŁO is later distributed there.
広告は18歳以上の対象ユーザーにのみ表示される方針であるため、18歳未満の保護モードでは Remove Ads の販売案内を表示しません。
本購入によりゲームアカウント、仮想通貨、現金価値のある権利、または KOŁO の所有権が付与されることはありません。
3. 販売価格 / Price
購入確定前に、Apple App Store または Google Play の購入画面に表示される価格です。価格、通貨および適用される税金は、プラットフォーム、国または地域により異なる場合があります。
The exact price, currency and applicable tax treatment are displayed by the relevant Platform Store before purchase and may vary by platform, country or region.
4. 商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional Costs
インターネット接続料金、モバイルデータ通信料金その他の通信費は、お客様の通信事業者との契約に基づきお客様の負担となります。
Internet-access, mobile-data and other communication charges are the customer’s responsibility under the customer’s service-provider agreement.
5. 支払方法・支払時期 / Payment Method and Timing
Apple 版では Apple App Store と StoreKit を利用します。Google Play 版が将来提供される場合は Google Play Billing を利用します。購入確認時に、該当するストアアカウントに登録された支払方法へプラットフォーム提供者が請求します。
Payment is processed by the Platform Store from which the supported KOŁO release was obtained and charged to the payment method associated with that store account when the purchase is confirmed.
6. 提供時期 / Delivery
該当する Platform Store が有効な購入完了を確認した後、原則として直ちに Remove Ads の権利が有効になります。保留中、失敗、キャンセルまたは未確認の取引では権利は付与されません。
The entitlement is normally delivered immediately after the applicable store confirms a valid completed and verified purchase. It is not granted while a transaction is pending, failed, cancelled or unverified.
ネットワーク、ストアアカウント、プラットフォームサービスまたは端末の状態により反映が遅れる場合があります。反映されない場合は KOŁO の「Restore Purchases」を実行してください。
7. 返品・キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation and Refunds
デジタル商品の性質上、提供開始後のお客様都合による返品またはキャンセルは、適用法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き受け付けていません。
Apple で購入した場合は Apple の返金手続、Google Play で購入した場合は Google Play の返金手続および規約が適用されます。プラットフォーム提供者が開発者への問い合わせを案内する場合があります。
Because this is digital content delivered after purchase confirmation, cancellation for convenience is generally unavailable after delivery except where required by law. Refund eligibility is determined under the applicable Platform Store’s rules and applicable law.
返金、取消し、支払の取消しまたは権利の撤回が行われた場合、Remove Ads の権利が無効になることがあります。
8. 購入の復元 / Restoration
Remove Ads は非消費型購入です。購入時と同じプラットフォームおよびストアアカウントを使用し、KOŁO の「Restore Purchases」機能から復元または権利状態を更新できます。
Apple での購入は購入に使用した Apple Account を通じて復元します。Google Play での購入は、その版が将来提供される場合、購入を所有する Google Account を通じて復元します。
An Apple purchase cannot be restored through Google Play, and a Google Play purchase cannot be restored through Apple. KOŁO has no cross-platform account that transfers entitlements between ecosystems.
9. 動作環境 / Operating Environment
該当するストアの KOŁO 製品ページに表示される互換性要件を満たす対応端末、対応 OS、および十分な空き容量が必要です。
購入および復元には、該当するストアアカウントとインターネット接続が必要です。
A compatible device, supported operating-system version and sufficient storage are required as shown on the applicable store listing. A store account and internet connection are required for purchase and may be required for restoration.
10. 販売条件 / Special Conditions
- Remove Ads は、提供されているプラットフォーム、国・地域およびアプリ構成でのみ購入できます。
- 18歳未満の保護モードでは広告を表示せず、Remove Ads の販売案内も行いません。
- 通常、各 Platform Store のアカウントにつき1つの有効な非消費型権利として扱われます。
- 購入したプラットフォームの KOŁO 内に表示される第三者広告を削除します。
- Apple と Google Play の購入は別個のものであり、プラットフォーム間で移行されません。
- Platform Store の表示、外部ウェブサイト、法的通知またはサポート画面の内容は削除されません。
Availability may vary by platform, country, region and app configuration. The entitlement removes third-party advertising displayed inside KOŁO on the purchasing platform.
11. 不具合・お問い合わせ / Defects and Contact
購入が反映されない場合は、購入したプラットフォームと同じストアアカウントを使用していることを確認し、「Restore Purchases」を実行してください。問題が解決しない場合は、プラットフォーム名と購入時期を記載して hello@ostoya.games までお問い合わせください。
If the entitlement is not delivered, use the same platform and store account that made the purchase, run Restore Purchases, then contact hello@ostoya.games with the platform and approximate purchase time.
不適切または年齢に適さない広告は、KOŁO の「Report an Ad」またはサポートページから報告できます。
